Our help desk is a simple and quick service supporting supervisors in challenging situations. You get practical support and advice in a wide range of problematic situations.

Juha Minkkinen is an occupational and organisational psychologist. He has over 20 years of experience in the development of work communities, coaching supervisors and teams, and in training. He has a wide range of experience in rehabilitation work and in projects.

Juha’s specific expertise lies in psychological coaching. He has been coaching individual athletes and teams at the national level, as well as at the world championship level for over 20 years.
